relax your face & unwind your mind - it’s “intuitive scribble” art meditation time 🪄🧠 ART SUPPLIES USED: - Canson mixed media paper - Transon black acrylic marker - Arrtx brush-tip acrylic markers - Uniball Signo gel pen - Sakura fineliner ink pen THE PROCESS: Draw a scribble on your paper for ~5 seconds. Then, color in the shapes with ANY coloring medium. Retrace your lines and round out the corners. You can add simple zen doodles on top of the shapes if you like. I like to end these with a message inspired by the colors/shapes I see. Let this be fun, easy, and low-pressure. Trust the process! You can’t get it wrong! Do it for the calm, relief, and did I mention FUN? #artmeditation #mindfulart #meditativeart #coloringtherapy #intuitiveart

relax your face and draw a flowy line with me my friend. Whatever you end up with is exactly right. Slow things down a bit and color in your shapes. This right here is often where the mind can break free from overthinking. Hello flow state. Feels good to meet you here. Slow things down even more by retracing your lines and rounding out those corners. Check in with your face, soften those muscles. Extend the zen by adding simple zen doodles in some or all of your shapes. And here's today's message. It might not make sense, BUT it just feels right. That is good enough.
