The footballing world would be a better place. Yes this is over simplified. But in todays world of football where there is 1000‘s of drills, the perfect exercise here, the best exercise there. I try to bring in some simplicity and fundamentals that helped me simplify my knee training after years of recurring knee problems. Tib & Calf Raises Support in the lower legs Patrick Step Up: Direct Knee strength & Ankle Mobility Deep Knee Bends: Lubrication and connective tissue strengthening for the knee. Done 3-4 times a week. Could be amazing for a lot of footballers struggling with knee issues!
