So many requests to make a gallon of pumpkin ice coffee and so I'm gonna try it. I live in Florida and it's super hot here, but I gotta say I am also ready for some fall drinks. I ordered some pumpkin syrup and pumpkin sauce, but it's not here yet. So we're gonna make our own today and see what we can come up with. I have some pumpkin puree and a few other things. So let's make a gallon of pumpkin ice coffee. We're gonna make it kind of strong this week. So if you don't like your coffee super strong, cut it in half. I'm gonna start with one cup of instant espresso. I'm using Cafe Bustelo, whatever kind you want. I'm putting it in a bowl so that I can whisk everything together. I'm gonna do a half a cup of brown sugar, two cups of hot water. I'm gonna get that all mixed together, get all the sugar dissolved. Smells like fall. That is so good. I have one cup of vanilla creamer, whatever brand that you like. I'm gonna add that. And then I'm gonna fill the rest of the way up with milk. You are welcome to use water, pickle juice, tomato juice, anything that your heart desires. I'm doing milk. I'm gonna fill it up. Put the lid on and shake it up really well. See how we did. I just came up with this off the top of my head. So I'm gonna pour a little bit into a glass. Oh my gosh. That is so good. That's my new favorite drink. Please make this and tell me how you like it.
