[ MUST TRY ] THIS SOUTHSIDE PIZZA SHOP IS PUTTING TANDOORI PANEER ON PIZZA PASTA AND GARLIC BREAD 😱 Indian Italian is not a fusion you see written on many Brisbane menus, but Domenico’s Pizza Pasta Ribs has leaned all the way in. Alongside the usual margheritas and meat lovers sits a full paneer range where curry-spiced Indian cheese does the work that pepperoni usually gets. There is tandoori paneer on a classic tomato base, a spicy creamy version with a proper kick, and a pesto paneer avocado that reads more Mediterranean than masala. It carries across to the pasta section too, and even shows up on the garlic bread. The whole paneer line-up is vegetarian, which quietly makes this one of the more interesting meat-free menus on the southside without ever branding itself that way. If you have hit a wall with the same three vegetarian pizzas everywhere else, this is the one worth the drive.
