Let's talk about some more things that you only understand if you're an only child. This is part 13, so if you like this series, be sure to follow for more and comment what you think about this. First and foremost for this video, children hate being interrupted. We didn't have siblings bothering us every time we tried to talk at the dinner table and oftentimes parents would interrupt me when they thought it was necessary and it made sense and it was more of an interjection than a pure interruption. And so I never had to deal with being interrupted because I have common sense and I refuse to do this to people unless it's necessary, like again, an interjection. I'm friends with people who make a habit of interrupting me. Please don't do that. It's just not that hard. I don't think I interrupt people very often. Maybe I should pull my friends, like my boyfriend and like ask them if they think I interrupt them a lot, but I don't think I do. I definitely think this connects back to being an only child because I just didn't have to deal with this growing up. So I have a low tolerance policy for it. Another thing that only children relate to is being micromanaged by other adults and having that be very unnecessary. I remember when my teachers were learning my capabilities and my level of dependence versus independence as a student or as an elementary kid, whatever. I would always find it extremely annoying when they would police what I was doing or micromanage than I needed to be, so I just hate being micromanaged because I was so hyper independent at that age and into adulthood of someone micromanaging me, they're number one on my opp list. Like I can't handle that. What about that makes this, that makes me think that I can't do this on my own? It's not that I have this toxic sense of independence where I can't ask for help. I just don't want you to assume I can't do this on my own before I do something before you assume I don't know how to do it. This last one might be a little bit personal, but I absolutely cannot stand having plans canceled on me. I like being alone, but I don't notice that I'm alone when I'm supposed to be with somebody and they cancel. Then the loneliness I'm experiencing is no longer natural. It's against my will. That kind of loneliness is like, crushing to me for some reason. I just hate when people cancel really on me. I don't do it to other people. Um, on, of, been emergency, whatever. I cannot disrespect and that makes me feel alone, will in unnatural, feel. I feel like only children have a really good ability to be by themselves, but when we have chosen ourselves and forced ourselves, it hurts so much more. Think. Comment down below what you think about these things and if you want to see more content about being an only child, hit that follow button. I kind of feel like I'm the unofficial leader of the only children over here. Maybe my head is too big. Another siblings me. Anyways, I love you all so much and I will see you in the next one. Bye.
