Here are 5 realistic dinners I've made recently as a mom of 4 working 2 jobs. First up is a family favorite, I made these Chicken Parm Dippers. These are perfect for a busy weeknight. It does not get easier than this. I used frozen chicken patties, canned biscuits, cheese, marinara sauce, divided, butter, melted, fresh or dried basil, chopped, each, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grated parmesan, plus more if you like extra. Next up are my Texas Toast Burger Melts. I told you guys earlier in the week, listen, I'm trying to figure out as many ways to load up Texas toast as I possibly can. Like I said before, this one was definitely at the top of the list. Customize them with your kids' favorite burger toppings. That's it. Super easy and served with fries and fresh fruit/veggies. Next step is my Street Corn Stuffed Chicken. This one was so delicious. I cannot wait to make it again. It has a few more ingredients and steps than the other two recipes, but trust me, it's worth it. I smothered it in a street corn chicken sauce and served it with cilantro lime rice. So good. And last but not least, I have a super easy Trader Joe's dump and bake salmon pasta. I've been obsessed with their lightly smoked canned salmon, so I've been trying to find different recipes to incorporate it in. This one was perfect for it. It was so easy and delicious. Let me know if you try any of these. And we had a little 90s Mom inspired dinner, this is the Chicken Divan. Many of you said that you remember this one from your childhood. It reminds me of like a broccoli chicken casserole. It has a buttery Ritz topping, it's super easy to make, comes together in one pan.
