Made to order burgers

Chicago suburbs come with me to this retro fast food spot that has made-to-order burgers and milkshakes. This was our first experience at a Wayback Burgers and I really enjoyed the flavor of the meat along with the chicken and all their fun sauces. Here's what we ordered: Cheesy burger - 4 slices of cheese + 2 patties. Patty made her own single burger with ketchup, pickle and lettuce. And let's not forget about the crunchy onion rings. We also all wanted just a few sips of a chocolate shake so we got one to share. Don't forget all the sauce options. When you go, the Wayback Gold sauce is my favorite because it's sweet and tangy with a little bit of a mustard. Penny ditched the burger for a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. I guess the girl was hungry. Okay, but I had a couple bites but mostly to try the other sauces. They, you can really tell they make everything fresh to order here.
