DMV WEEKEND GETAWAY 24 hours in St Michael's St. Michael's is the perfect destination if you're looking to get out of the DC area. We got here in just under 2 and a half hours from the DC area. Oh my goodness, it is the most quaint, gorgeous, cutie little waterfront town. We checked in at the Wildset Hotel, which was so beautiful, so central to everything you could possibly want. Wildset Hotel Antiques Limoncello Stars Stars We went to Limoncello for lunch, followed by a nice stroll down the main street and of course, some yummy ice cream from Justine's. Justine's It really was giving small town vibes that you would see from like a TV show. And then we celebrated my husband's birthday dinner at Stars, which is the Inn at Perry Cabin. Stars This is where they shot the movie Wedding Crashers. Stars And then we finished our night back at our hotel for some delicious s'mores. Remember to bring some bug spray though. We grabbed some coffee the next morning at The Blue Crab and then headed to St. Michael's Sailing Charters for a 2-hour boat ride on the Chesapeake Bay, which was the best end to the trip.
