Taxco is such a cute town, you really can't go wrong. I have a specific walking path I recommend, which I'll show here. Next, explore the Grutas de Cacahuamilpa, where you can find massive underground caves filled with crazy rock formations. And if you want an even bigger adventure, spend day at Mil Cascadas, waterfalls, natural more caves, and jumping surrounded by nature. And finally, you can't visit Taxco without experiencing its silver jewelry and you actually take a workshop where you make your own ring to take home. So if you're planning a trip to Mexico, add Taxco to your list!

5 things to do in Taxco! 🇲🇽✨ An underrated town in Mexico (and one of my favorites!) 1️⃣ Walk around + explore! Find a rooftop brunch spot or bar and just wander the streets. Taxco is SO cute, you really can’t go wrong. Some of my favorite spots to find: • Plaza Borda • La Esquina de Taxco • Plaza Los Arcos • Templo de Chavarrieta 2️⃣ Pozos Azules 💙 You can drive, take a bus, or take a taxi to get here (we took the bus!). Once you arrive, you’re free to walk around and explore the pools at your own pace. 3️⃣ Grutas de Cacahuamilpa 🦇 We took a bus here, but make sure you check the schedule because it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere! You have to take a guided tour through the caves, so you can’t explore them on your own. 4️⃣ Mil Cascadas 💦 Similar to Pozos Azules, but farther away, so I’d recommend joining a tour from Taxco and having them take you. There are waterfalls, natural pools, and an underground water cave you can actually JUMP into! Just keep in mind that because you’re with a tour group, the amount of time you spend at each pool is regulated. 5️⃣ Make your own silver ring 💍 I LOVED this activity and wear my ring every day! It was such a fun and memorable experience, and you get to take home something you actually made yourself.
