I'm back at Costco today to look at Republican brands that are sold in the store, which ones to avoid! Take a look! First we have Ziploc. Ziploc is owned by S.C. Johnson. S.C. Johnson, senior leaders and give overwhelmingly to the Republican platform. Next we have Kirkland Signature dry cat and dog food. Costco's dry dog is manufactured by Diamond Pet Foods. Diamond Pet Foods is an independent company. They're family owned. They don't give to politics. However, those family members and their senior leaders at the company give overwhelmingly to the Republican platform. They've donated over $100,000 some election cycles, and in their company, they basically have given zero dollars to Democrats. Perhaps one of the largest contributors to the Republican party is going to be Koch Industries, which owns Georgia Pacific. This is very different than Coca Cola! K O C H. Georgia Pacific owns Vanity Fair, Angel Soft, Quilted Northern, Brawny, Sparkle, Mardi Gras, and Dixie. They also own a professional line called Marathon. And sadly, Costco sells so much toilet paper that they depend on three different companies to produce it. One of those Georgia Pacific. And no, to tell whether or not your package was manufactured by them. Pilgrims Pride. They were the single largest donor to the Trump-Vance Inaugural Committee, on potential corruption. Pilgrim's Pride was the single largest donor to the Trump-Vance Inaugural Committee. "I am concerned Pilgrim's Pride may have made its contribution to the inaugural fund to curry favor with the Trump administration." $5 MILLION! And make this one make sense! Pilgrims Pride also makes Halal.
