cheeseburger bowls will never get old 🍔 especially when there’s crispy potatoes + homemade in-n-out sauce involved for the bowls:
1 lb ground beef
crispy sweet potatoes
chopped romaine
chopped tomatoes
avocado
shredded cheddar cheese (i used truffle cheddar here which is a game changer)
pickles
caramelized onion copycat in-n-out sauce:
½ cup mayo
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
2½ tbsp sweet pickle relish
salt + pepper caramelize the onions low and slow in 2-3 tbsp butter until soft and golden. cook the ground beef until browned and season with salt + pepper. mix together all of the sauce ingredients until smooth. build your bowls with romaine, crispy potatoes, beef, tomato, avocado, cheddar, pickles + caramelized onions. drizzle generously with the sauce and enjoy 🤍 #cheeseburgerbowl #burgerbowl #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #copycatrecipe
