There were some dog kibbles stuck to the wall after the guests checked out. We had two guests and two pets staying for 14 days for our Airbnb. There was a slight amount of damage like this weather stripping. Big, honestly not a big deal. I'll just glue it back down. I'm also not sure what this thing is. The first thing I noticed. It's like a Nespresso and a coffee maker. And the Nespresso bag and it's filled with used Nespresso pods. Let me know that this coffee maker wasn't working. I'm just gonna test that really quick. That looks like it's working. And there's used coffee grounds in there. So maybe they figured it out. Left me a tip. We're one of the only pet friendly options in the area. Or I guess pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. We pretty much all of our guests are bringing a pet. I will say I love being dog friendly. I haven't had any crazy stories of damage happening. The only thing I've noticed is that over two years of running this, there is just more wear and tear that takes place. It's just part is just keeping up with all of the hair that accumulates. And after running this for two years, you do just have to keep up with more. For example, like the brand new pots and pans you buy a year ago are not brand new anymore. Pans are probably reaching the end of their life for an Airbnb. Did refresh them with Bar Keeper's Friend.
