This is the list of chores that we ask guests to do before they check out of our Airbnb. But hear me out, we do not ask guests to strip beds, start laundry, vacuum or clean the house. My list is just three quick things. Start the dishwasher, put all of your used towels in one place and take out the trash. Now, first off, this is just a request. We do not require it, but it's because we typically only have a few hours between the next group checks in. And that only works if our cleaners and everyone else are on the same page. When my wife and I first started hosting, we communicated with our team via text message and Facebook Messenger. But now everything stays inside of an app called Turno. Using Turno, I can communicate with our cleaners and everyone else involved in our turnovers in just one place. It keeps everybody on the same page and gives us one central location for communicating between guests.
