I finally got my period after months of waiting. So I'm going to take care of my body and just show her some extra love. I did an overnight oiling routine last night, so we're going to start with the shower. I'm going to use the NEOM Squeeze the Day Body Wash. And then I'm going to use the FARMACY Green Clean Whipped Foaming Cleanser. And then we're going to add these two. Let's add these two. I just got my blood test back and I have not been drinking enough water, especially since I take creatine every day. Like if you're on creatine, you need to be drinking so much water. So I'm going to take this Magna Hydration. It's natural energy, nine vitamins and minerals and maximum hydration. So I'm going to add that to my water. And then I'm going to add some lemon and olive oil and lemon shot. Guys, I'm really impressed with my blood test. It came back and all my markers are doing better, which is such amazing news. So I'm going to take my vitamins. I know that helps for probiotics and Vitamin B5. And then I'm going to drink my water. Time for breakfast. Let's make a quick breakfast before I go to work. Tofu. Let's add a little bit of garlic. And then I'm going to add some eggs. Twists. For breakfast, a tofu egg scramble. I feel so much better after that morning routine, you guys. And so, yay to getting my period and yay to a great morning.
