Number seven. Why do you always say walk slowly in the workplace instead of rushing around? I like this one because this triggers some people. The reason I say walk slow in the workplace is because if you do things quickly and you operate quickly, and you get tasks done quickly, and you rush back and you tell the boss, "I've done it all, I've done it all." They're gonna go, "Wow, we don't need to hire that extra person that I've actually got a budget for, a budget for because matey boy or matey girl over here is doing it pretty quick. Um, this is looking good for us and we're not spending more on extra staff, but yet the same amount of workload's getting done. Nothing's broken." I always used to say, "Let it break. Let it fail." Sometimes in the workplace, it, it fail for seniors to take note and start cracking the whip on the managers who should be pulling their weight. But the problem is you always get a yes man or a yes woman that does things very quickly and does things efficiently, and it creates a problem. It's like when you have two, three people that are off sick or have been made redundant, they've been fired or they've quit their job and the team has shrunk, but they still want the same workload. And if you get that one person who says, "Come on, everyone, we can do it even though we're, we're two down." I'd be the guy that says, "Don't you dare think about making today a success." It needs to fail so they, they replace the two people immediately. So that's why you walk slow. So when people say, "Oh, Aaron, could you do something?" I would take my time. It even got to the point where they wouldn't ask me to do it again, tying into the point before, I didn't want to prove a point, so I would do things slowly. But also at the time, you know, I'd be on my phone, I was still trying to build my business, marketing, sending emails, I was doing whatever I could, digitally, to still increase my progression, needle being moved. And if I could take 40 minutes to do a task instead of doing it in 15, I would, 'cause then some of that time to doing my own thing. It does when I cut this up into short form and I put it on Instagram or TikTok, the people that are going, "Well, you shouldn't be working on company's time. That's naughty. You're really naughty for that." Bore off Karen. I'm just trying to survive.
