Mississippi You haven't done a Mississippi recipe like this one. Crockpot Mississippi chicken spaghetti. Start out by turning plain chicken breast into Mississippi chicken spaghetti by sprinkling over ranch seasoning and au jus mix. Add in pepperoncincis with a little of the brine and of course a stick of butter. Let this cook on high for 2 hours and 15 minutes, then top it off with some cream cheese. Cook it for about 10 minutes while you cook the spaghetti. Be sure and save a half a cup of pasta water for later. To finish it up, remove the chicken and peppers, shred and chop it all and then stir back into the slow cooker. Add in the spaghetti and shredded cheese. You can add a little pasta water to loosen it up a bit. Top with more cheese and cover it for about 5 to 10 more minutes or until the cheese melts. I like to finish it off with a little sprinkle of green onion. I love an easy dinner that's this rich and indulgent. It's tangy. It's creamy. Frickin' delicious is what it is. A little kick from the pepperoncini. If you want less spice, you can always just use banana peppers. I'm telling you, the richness is cut by the brine from those peppers. It's tangy. It's creamy. Frickin' delicious is what it is.
