Play parks on the Cape Flats are the clearest evidence of the tale of two cities. In Sarepta the equipment is not maintained & dangerous. When a child falls they fall on concrete surfaces. Where I live a child will fall on rubberized surfaces. Let’s agree that we have one standard of amenities and infrastructure. Where a community’s public amenities and infrastructure meets the standard we maintain it. Where not we prioritise investment to upgrade it. #CapeTown #Apartheid #Children #RightToPlay #FYP
