The City of Cape Town’s Draft Animal By-Law saga continues with DA Western Cape putting out a video of JP Smith basically telling us not to believe what we read. The draft by-law wording may say one thing but they mean another. Once the draft by-law is law there’s no going back to say a video of JP Smith playing with puppies & gaslighting supersedes the legislation. #gaslighting #DemocraticAlliance #animallovers #capetown #fyp
