Please just don't come to the bar if you work at 6 am

If you go out with me, okay? We go out to drink. We go out to dance. We go out to have a good time, okay? We're having fun. We're at the bar, at the club, at the house party, whatever. Okay? And suddenly, at the first function of the night, or perhaps even on the train or the Uber, you look over to me and you utter the words, I don't think I can stay out super late tonight. I actually have a really early morning tomorrow and I have to get up at like 6:30 because I have this presentation at 8 at work and like, sorry, and then you proceed to complain the entire night and rush everybody that we're with and try to like, I don't know, cosplay a Mormon and not drink anything and have zero fun. And everybody has to be low-key because I'm low-key. I promise you that I will block you and never speak to you again. Why do people do this? It's like, I did not kidnap you and hold a weapon to your head and make you come out with me. You decided to come out with me of your own volition. Why now are you like, for lack of a better word, a wet blanket and totally ruining the entire fucking vibe and you know, oh my god, I'm going to be so tired tomorrow. I'm going to be hungover tomorrow. Okay guys, like, can we leave? It's like, how about actually you just leave? And there is no next time because I'm not about to waste a Friday or Saturday doing that.
