The meat cooks low and slow surrounded by all those beautiful vegetables, creating the most unbelievable pan juices. No added liquid needed, the amount of delicious juice this creates will shock you! You can find this recipe, including the links to products used on my website at Sivanskitchen.com 🥩 Ingredients • 3½-lb French roast (or your favorite cut of roast) • 2 cups fresh tomato chunks • 2 cups carrot sticks • 2 cups baby golden potatoes, halved • 2 cups yellow onion, quartered • 2 cups celery sticks • 2 cups baby purple potatoes, halved • 2 cups red onion, quartered • 4 tbsp paprika • 2 tbsp salt (or less, to taste) • 1 tbsp black pepper • 1 tsp turmeric • About 6 apple wedges • About ½ cup olive oil • Drizzle of silan (date molasses) • Drizzle of honey (or maple syrup) • A few sprigs each of thyme, rosemary, and sage 🍲 Instructions 1. Wash the roast and pat completely dry. 2. Peel and cut all vegetables. 3. Place the roast in the center of your pan and arrange the vegetables around it, just like in the video. 4. Add the spices and olive oil. Using your hands, massage everything well, coating the meat and vegetables evenly. 5. Tuck the apple wedges between the vegetables. 6. Drizzle silan and honey over the roast and vegetables. 7. Place the herb bouquet on top of the roast. 8. Cover with parchment paper, then foil. 9. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 3 hours. 10. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes, basting once or twice with those incredible pan juices. 11. Optional: Broil for 10 minutes for extra color. ✨ To Serve Decorate with pomegranate wedges and fresh parsley. Slice the roast, leave it whole, or shred it—whatever you love. Enjoy and Chag Sameach! 🤍 #sivanskitchen #onepotmeals #EasyRecipe #meat #holiday
