We're making your favorite most requested! 30-minute meal. I've got about a pound and a half of chicken breast and thighs. Now I'm just gonna cut them down a bit. Place the cut chicken back into the bowl. To this, we'll add a drizzle of oil. And some spices. We'll do some salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Get that glove back on. Just give it a good mix. Feel free to use whatever spices your family likes. All right, easy enough. Let's go to the stove. Grab a large pot. Medium heat. And once the pot is heated, add the chicken. We'll let the chicken cook about three to four minutes on each side. And when it's ready, you give it a flip. Just beautiful. While the chicken is cooking, we're going to peel one large onion. And now just slice the onion. If you're a newbie to this, just use a cutting board. I was there too once. Straight into the pot. Doesn't get any easier than this. And now we'll just let the onions release the juice into the dish. Next up, one package of dry pasta. You can use any kind you like. Just give it a gentle mix. I've got here four cups of chicken stock. You can use water if you prefer. To this, I'm going to add a half a cup of tomato paste. Now we're just going to give this a mix. Good to me. Pour on top. Just bring it to a boil, uncovered. At this point, we're going to lower to simmer. Cover and let it cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Of course, there's a salad with this meal. You're in Sivan's Kitchen. Just cut up all the veggies you got. Coming from a mom of two and a grandma of three, trust me, your kids, they want a salad. Give them what they want to eat. And slowly introduce new ingredients. Like for instance, this shallot. I think an avocado would be great in this salad. Perfection. Nice large chunks. We're not trying to make guacamole here. I feel like going for a lime and a lemon. A drizzle of olive oil. Some salt. And a little black pepper. Why not? How good does this look? All right, it's been minutes. So let's go. Take a peek. I come back to this meal weekly. That's how much we love it. Dinner is served. I'm starving. Perfect meal in 30 minutes. What more do you need? So many families love this meal and I know yours will too. Run and make it.
