Original caption

Five things run in my apartment while I am asleep and I do not touch any of them. Shades close at 9:22. Kitchen lights out at 9:50, that is my signal to go to bed. Lavender turns on. The bed adjusts its own temperature all night. And the shades open 45 minutes after sunrise so I wake up to the skyline. Set it up once, runs every night. Save this and send it to whoever you share a bed with. #smarthome #hometel #homeautomation #eightsleep #nightroutine

Transcript

My apartment runs itself. While I sleep, it starts at 9:22. My shades close. At 9:50, my kitchen shelf lights shut off. That is my signal to go to bed. Then my pure kicks on. A lavender scent. So the whole studio already smells like it's winding down with me. My Eight Sleep adjusts its own temperature all night based on my body. It cools when I needed to and warms back up before I wake up. The best part, I don't have to touch it. And then the shades. The blackout layer opens first, then the solar shades 45 minutes after sunrise. So I wake up to the skyline from the 55th floor instead of an alarm. I set it up once, it runs every single night. That is the whole point of the Hometel. Save this and send it to whoever you share a bed with. And follow because I'm breaking down every part of this Hometel one at a time.
