We now take you to a wiener dog in a wheelchair race in Washington state, where this dog in a wheelchair won over the hearts of many of the attendees as he scurried toward the finish line. That this dog's name is Mary Poopins, apparently, and did not come in first, but race organizers at Emerald Downs Racetrack say that Mary Poopins got the biggest applause of any of the competitors. Emerald Downs holds this wiener dog race every year, they've kind of become known for holding eccentric races, to horse ones. At the racetrack, they also have this annual corgi race. Here's video of corgis racing, that's always nice to see. And they also host an annual T-Rex World Championship races, which I have attended the past two years, and it is not as cute as wiener dogs, but epic.
