I have less than a month to completely declutter and reorganize my entire life before my long distance boyfriend moves in. Exhibit A. Exhibit B, (I forgot E, I swear I know the alphabet) C, D, F, G, I bought more furniture than can fit in my apartment at the moment. We have a giganticuous build today. I don't know what it is. I just know that I nearly threw my back out getting it on the floor of my living room, and it needs to be addressed immediately. Well, here we are. Let's see which one this is. My guess is it's gonna be my dresser. And if that is the case, I am ecstatic to build this. Oh, hell no. Hey, that is how heavy this is. It's my dresser. I forgot I need to get my old one out first, and I don't have any room to put. Whatever, whatever. It's fine. We have to build it. Something I really wish I considered right here was maybe moving my old dresser out of my room so I would have room to build my new one. I cleaned up my closet and got everything in here, so let's get to it. So, let's get to it. The funny thing about watching this is you're probably realizing right now I started this in the most inconvenient way possible. The way I have these boards laid out on my floor. But guess what? It gets worse. Just wait. Because it gets worse. Because tell me why I don't just think of but I pursue the great idea that it is to complete this in my closet. And for those who have never built a large piece of furniture before, you may not know this, but at this point in the process, you're gonna have to still flip it around. And I've done this enough times to where I should know better. But just like everyday, it's my first day on earth, apparently. So anyways, it is smooth sailing from here. At least I think. But we'll come to find that out after my dinner break. Dinner break. So when this next issue that I'm about to talk about arose, I stopped filming because I was so distraught I did not know what to do. Basically, there were 15 pieces of wood that were supposed to come with four pre-drilled holes per piece. Okay, spoiler alert, they weren't pre-drilled. I had to do that all myself. That's why we jump to darkness ever so suddenly, because I was doing that all night. At this point, it must be smooth sailing from here, because what else could possibly go wrong? I am just putting my clean clothes into my new drawers. It wasn't until 10PM last night when I finally stopped myself and said, enough is enough. I'm just leaving this for the day. Because it took me over an hour to figure out how to get my drawers to attach to the track. And it wasn't until I was on the phone with my boyfriend, and he was like, let me see what you're working with. To then which we realized that I, I applied half of the tracks backwards. I, I promise that was my last low IQ moment of the video. The last one. We did it. Even though this build gave me many trials and tribulations, I gotta say, I love my new dresser. And if you love it, too, you can find it on my storefront under 2026 Apartment Furniture. I made a whole list for everything in this series. The building is far from over. We have. I don't even know how many more packages on the way, so stay tuned for all those. But thank you so much for watching. And I need a back massage.
