High Protein Pizza Bowls!! Alright, it's finally here, the high protein pizza bowls. To start off, we're gonna do 93% lean ground beef. And yes, we're gonna make sure our dog is involved. We're gonna need a total of 20 ounces in cooked weight of the ground beef. And then once that's done, we're just gonna lightly season it. I ended up just doing two teaspoons of Kinder's The Blend and mixing it all together. Now we're gonna get our bases ready for each container. And for this part, we're gonna do 4 ounces of low-fat cottage cheese, half a teaspoon of all-purpose flour and then just half a teaspoon of baking powder. Make sure before doing all of this to coat all of your containers. That way it just doesn't stick. Once that's done, mix it all together. Now you don't need to season the pizza sauce, however, I wanted to. You need 25 ounces of sauce, two teaspoons of Italian seasoning, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of onion powder and 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper. Once you're done mixing it thoroughly, you're gonna add 5 ounces of sauce to each container. After that, you're gonna start adding your ground beef, which will be about 4 ounces per container. Top it off with 2 ounces of low-fat mozzarella and then add turkey pepperoni. I did 12, but you can do whatever you desire. Now for the oven, you're gonna want to set it to 400 degrees for 30 minutes with everything in it. However, next time for myself, I would recommend doing the base for 5 minutes, adding the rest of your ingredients and then putting it in the oven. I did 12, but you can do whatever you desire.
