Flip if needed to crisp it up, add pizza sauce, mozzarella + toppings, then bake again until melty. 2. 🍪 Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Instructions: Blend until COMPLETELY smooth: • 1 cup cottage cheese • 2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free syrup • 1 tsp vanilla Stir in: • ½ cup almond flour • 1–2 tbsp vanilla protein powder • Mini chocolate chips Chill it and eat it with a spoon. 3. 🏈 Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip “Football food with protein that nobody needs to know is cottage cheese.” Instructions: Blend: • 1 cup cottage cheese • 2–3 tbsp buffalo sauce • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning or a little ranch dressing Mix with: • 1–1½ cups shredded chicken • ½ cup shredded cheddar Bake at 375°F for about 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
