Y’all… these cafeteria noodles might be the easiest, most comforting one pot dinners I make. Seriously. From the time you start to the time you’re serving your family is about 30 minutes, and it tastes like something you’d get at a little hometown diner or school cafeteria back in the day. It’s simple, cozy, and one of those recipes you’ll find yourself making over and over again. Recipe: . 1 1/2 lbs chicken (breasts or Thighs, cubed) • 1 (32-oz) box chicken broth or stock (I used stock) • ½ stick butter • Garlic powder to taste . Onion powder to taste • Black pepper to taste • 1 heaping tablespoon Better Than Bouillon • A little parsley (mostly for looks) • 2 cans cream of chicken soup . 1 Can cream of celery soup • 1 (12-oz) bag egg noodles or whatever kind of noodles you have. Sear chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Once the chicken is done, add broth, butter, garlic, onion pepper, Better Than Bouillon, parsley, and the soups and bring to a boil. Add the noodles, turn the heat down to medium/low, cover, and let them cook until the noodles are tender and sauce thickens. That’s it. Done. Quick, cozy, and absolutely delicious. #recipes #dinner #onepotmeals #EasyRecipe #easyweeknightmeals
