🍋 OLD-FASHIONED LEMON ICEBOX PIE Y’all, it really doesn’t get much easier than this. Three ingredients, about five minutes of work, and into the icebox it goes! This old-fashioned lemon icebox pie is cold, creamy, silky and just tart enough. And when I tell you it is DELICIOUS… whew. This is one of those little recipes that proves you do not have to work all day in the kitchen to make something everybody is going to love. You’ll need: • 1 premade graham cracker pie crust • 2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk • Juice of 3 fresh lemons Whip the sweetened condensed milk and fresh lemon juice together for about 30 seconds, or until you can feel it starting to thicken. Pour it into your graham cracker crust, cover it and put it in the icebox for about 1–2 hours until it’s nice and cold. That’s it. THAT. IS. IT. 😂 Serve it just like it is, or dress it up with whipped cream, fresh berries or a little lemon on top. Five minutes. Three ingredients. No baking.
