So, hi. I’m the woman behind this page 🫶🏽 For a long time, my life looked happy from the outside. And parts of it were. I was a mother. A friend. A sister. A woman celebrating milestones, loving her children and posting the beautiful moments. But between those pictures was a story I wasn’t telling. Postpartum abuse. Betrayal. Control disguised as love. Boundaries I moved. Red flags I explained away. Moments that made me question my own reality. And eventually, receipts that reminded me I wasn’t imagining it. Texts. Videos. Voicemails. Photos. Dates. I didn’t create this page for revenge. I created it because I refuse to carry the story quietly anymore. Because somewhere, another woman is rereading a conversation and wondering: Is this really as bad as it feels? I’ve been her. There is no way I lived through all of this for it to mean nothing. I need to get it out of my nervous system and turn it into something that might help another woman trust herself sooner than I did. I’m telling the parts of my story I used to keep quiet, sharing the receipts I wish I had trusted sooner, and talking about what healing and rebuilding actually look like after the relationship ends. No highlight reel. No pretending. Just the truth, the receipts, and the woman I’m becoming.
