Hey y'all, come put dinner in the crockpot with me. It is currently 5:45 AM. I got up a little bit early this morning to get dinner put in the crockpot for the night before I get everybody else up and get everybody else ready. So I am trying to be quiet. Tonight we're having chicken pot pie for dinner and these are all the ingredients that you're gonna need. You're gonna need three to four chicken breasts, two cans of cream of chicken with herbs, two to three cans of mixed vegetables. I'm not sure, I kind of just eyeball it. You'll need biscuits later tonight when it's done to serve it over. And then any seasonings that you choose. These are my two favorites for this meal. So I'm just gonna go ahead and rip the band-aid off and do the loud can opener because we got to open the cans of vegetables. I'm only gonna open two of the cans of mixed vegetables for right now. If I feel like I need the other can, I'll open it too. You're gonna drain your mixed vegetables. You're gonna put one can of mixed vegetables on the bottom. Then one can of cream of chicken and herb soup on the bottom. Give it a good mix. Spread it out on the bottom of the crockpot. Now you're gonna add in your chicken breasts. One, two, three. Now you're just gonna season up your chicken really good. I'm gonna use Slap Ya Mama first. And then garlic salt. And then I'll add a little bit of pepper as well. You're gonna add in your other can of mixed vegetables. And then your other can of cream of chicken and herb soup. You're just gonna mix it up really well. Spread it all over the chicken. I'll cook in this meal because all of my kids eat it. It's super easy. It doesn't take many ingredients. You throw it all in the crockpot and then you have dinner time. All right, I think we're good on the vegetables. I don't think I need the other can. I'm gonna add a little bit more seasoning. And then garlic salt. And then I'll add a little bit of pepper as well. All right. And just like that, dinner is prepped. I'm gonna put it on low for six to eight hours. I like to make sure my chicken is good and done. Once it gets done, you'll shred it up really good. The chicken should shred super easily. Serve it over biscuits and you have a super easy, cheap, kid-friendly dinner. I will be showing you guys the final results in my vlog tonight. But I hope you guys have a great Thursday. Love y'all.
