They just sold for a billion dollars. They're crushing it. McDonald's. A tier. They, you know, even though they have no hospitality, they are the ones that create systems. They're the best brand awareness in the world for a restaurant. QSR. So. Chipotle. Chipotle is a A tier. Gone to a C tier. Chipotle has great brand value, great brand awareness. The product's good, consistent. The problem is the hospitality is dying. They completely dropped the ball on that. Culver's. A tier. Great food. Good hospitality. Really great on ambiance, consistent. Shake Shack. A tier. Gone to a C. They've done a phenomenal job building brand awareness in such a short period of time. They have a decent product. Consistent. The hospitality is completely died with their scaling. They're going to continue to die. Chick-fil-A. S tier. It's going to be the gold standard. They are generational case study. They have phenomenal hospitality better than most full service restaurants. They're consistent. The only reason they don't have more sales and the brand is because they don't have the same amount of numbers as McDonald's. Raising Cane's. A tier. Super fast growth. Focused heavily on hospitality. Figured out one product basically mastered it. Cava. B tier. Gone to a C. The hospitality was never there, but it's worse than ever. They've won a lot of attention with their food quality and that's that. Not been good. In-N-Out. S tier. Because they have an amazing product and they're consistent. All holy hell. So I mean that's all you can ask for. In-N-Out is an S tier. They're not a business at all. And they do it. And they do it in spades. Sweetgreen. A tier. Gone to a C. Their hospitality's gotten really bad. Their food quality has gone down and it's just going to continue to hurt their brand value.
