Jiffy makes brownie mix? 😳 So y'all wasn't gonna tell me that Jiffy makes brownie mix? 😳 Baby, I was raised on Jiffy. So when I saw this brownie mix, I knew I had to try it. Now, I'm using two boxes because I'm greedy. One just wasn't gonna be enough. So the double of the recipe, I added two eggs, two tablespoons of water, and a fourth cup of oil. And of course, I had my little helper in the kitchen with me, but y'all, he was going way too slow. I was ready for these brownies, so I had to show him how to really mix it. I let him throw in a half a cup of chocolate chips and then we gave it one final fold. And this is exactly what your batter should be looking like. Go ahead and spray your baking dish, pour in your batter, and make sure you spread it out evenly. We're gonna bake these at 350° for about 25 minutes. And because I'm extra, I added a few more chocolate chips on top. And before I forget, shout out to Chef Keys for sending me this cute little t-shirt. Go check her out. I made sure my toothpick came out clean and then I went ahead and sliced them. I tried to wait for them to cool off, but I was ready to dig in. Y'all did not tell me about these. These might seriously be the best box brownies I've ever had.
