Why it worked

The video uses a relatable scenario (lack of gym access, poor sense of direction) and integrates a product naturally as a solution for a common problem (removing makeup before exercise). The creator's candidness and the use of trending audio likely contributed to its reach.

Summary

The creator prepares for her first run in a new city by using Garnier Micellar Water to remove makeup, acknowledging her poor sense of direction. She then goes for a run, finds it more challenging than expected, and returns home to do laundry and get ready for the day.

Structure

1Introduction: No gym, no problem, thanks to micellar water.
2Skincare prep for a run.
3The run itself and its challenges.

Original caption

Product placement

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 ACTS - it is used to remove makeup and cleanse the face. Removing it would change the video's narrative about skincare prep for a run. Garnier UK APPEARS - it is a brand mention in the caption and likely a watermark or tag, but not actively used. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
