My family said this is one of the best things I've made in a long time and I literally just dumped everything in the crockpot and walked away. This is called smothered meatballs and green beans. And when I tell y'all everyone went back for seconds and thirds, I am not joking. All you do is dump a packet of brown gravy mix, Au Jus gravy mix, Lipton onion soup mix and brown gravy mix into your crockpot. Then you add a cup of heavy cream, a can of beef broth and then a can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup. After you dump the soup in, you're gonna fill that can back up with water to get all the rest out and dump that in as well. Then you're gonna whisk that until it comes together really nicely and dump in 32 oz of home style meatballs. Then you drain two cans of cut green beans and then you drain two cans of cut green beans. I guess you could use French too, whatever you want to use. Once you've got your green beans in, you're just gonna mix everything together. Seasonings are optional, but I went ahead and added some ground black pepper and of course, my favorite, some Cowboy Butter. Once you've got that mixed up, put your lid on and forget about it. This cooks on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Y'all, this is so good. It is like a Salisbury steak meatball and green bean casserole had a baby. Serve it over mashed potatoes or rice, whatever your heart desires. This was the biggest hit in my house. It is 100% going on our dinner rotation. Let me know if you try it!
