Truly, this is probably the best crockpot recipe ever! It’s so simple and comes out cozy and delicious after it cooks all day. 🥰😍 Use homemade or frozen meatbas- this is a school night dinner must. Grab a full collection of my simple budget dinners at the top of my main page. Meatballs: 1lb ground beef 1/3c italian bread crumbs 1 egg 1/4c milk 1/4c parmesan cheese, grated 1 tsp each; onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, pepper *mix and divide into 1 inch mini meatballs Crockpot: 1 tbsp butter 1 yellow onion, sliced *meatballs (or use 16-20oz frozen meatballs) 10oz condensed french onion soup 1.5 cup beef broth 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 bay leaf 1 tsp each; salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, beef bouillon 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water 1.sauté onions & meatballs 2.add all remaining ingredients to the crockpot 3.cook on low 7-8 hours 4.serve over mashed potatoes with sautéed veggies #crockpot #slowcooker #weeknightdinner #simplerecipe #EasyRecipe
