Trying Indonesia ribs and chocolate and cheese covered bananas in Bali. Something about the bananas here just taste sweeter and much more like a dessert. This battered banana has me by an absolute chock hold right now. I’m going to be trying more local foods from here on out. Headed to Nusa Peninda in an excited to see how the cuisine changes.
