I’ve been making my rounds trying all the different foods throughout indonesia. One thing I learned eating this dish is they know their way around a grill. This grilled dish managed to pack a lot of flavor. I also am a huge fan of how they butterfly it for easier consumption. #food #indonesia #asia #grill #fish
