Original caption
The night before is when the next day actually starts. Running shoes packed into the dedicated shoe compartment. Kit folded into the main. Laptop in the tech sleeve. Toiletries in the waterproof pocket. A dry bag tucked in for whatever comes back wet. And when the day needs a bit more, it expands to take it. Bag by the door. Grab and go in the morning. The @BAGSMART Blast Travel Backpack carries the whole day in one. Into the boot, across the car park, laptop out of the tech compartment at the desk, sunglasses from the top pocket on the way to the lunchtime run, water bottle from the side pocket on the way back. Work clothes swap in for kit at midday, wet kit goes into the dry bag, dry bag goes back in the main compartment. Carry-on approved for most airlines, so it doubles up for travel and race weekends too. For anyone whose training has to fit around a full working day, this is the smarter way to carry it all.
