I woke up feeling like breakfast from high school. If you didn't know, I went to an all-girls Catholic high school and they could have like, we would have like, two toast and a bowl of cereal for breakfast. And at the time, my big back stuff, I was like, that's not enough. But it absolutely was enough. Every time at school, you used to have these little spread containers, they'd have like, jam, honey, and all this stuff. And we would put like, butter packets and a cup of hot water to melt the butter. The butter was mounting when we would open them. A lot of girls were spilling it all over the uniform. And butter stains are really hard to get out of your uniform. So because of that, they took little packets away and they gave us little blocks of butter instead. And you'd think that would stop us, but it didn't. Everyone kind of got creative and we would have like a bowl of hot water to knives, an empty packet of peanut butter or jam or something. Put our butter into it and it was kind of floating above the hot water melting. Doing the absolute most just to have this breakfast. Honestly, I don't know what it was, but I woke up thinking about it this morning. I left high school so long ago, but I always wake up craving this. Every now and then, I just realize I can't actually see what I'm doing. So you crush up the wheat bix up just like that. And then pour your butter on. And there you have it. Two toast, I don't know if they were like, I swear I just remember this. And I just remember this craving. I always get this random craving for it. So good. So good. It brings back so much memories. Yum. My toast goes, do you remember this? So good. So good.
