Transcript

I eat the same lunch every single day and it keeps me pretty lean. So I'm gonna show you guys my high protein lunch. If you've been following me, you know what's coming. I use probably 1/3 of these rice bags from Trader Joe's. Flakey salt, pepper, a nice helping of cottage cheese. Probably around half a cup. Cup of rotisserie chicken going in. I warm this up in a pan with some seasonings. Quest protein chips. Mix this together. Cheers. I think I'll eat this every day for the rest of my life, seriously.
