Creamy Miso Curry Ramen with Pork Mince 🍜 Detailed recipe in bio 🔗 Some dinners are just about finding the right balance. We are not the biggest fan of fish sauce, so we always have to sneak it in with a little care. But when it’s tucked into a creamy coconut curry broth with miso, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and those fragrant kaffir lime leaves, it melts into the background and gives the whole bowl this deep, savory warmth. This creamy curry ramen with pork mince is one of those cozy weeknight bowls that feels way more layered than the effort it takes. The broth is rich and silky, the pork gets caramelized and salty-sweet, and the soft-boiled egg makes everything feel a little extra comforting. It’s spicy, creamy, savory, and honestly just such a good bowl to curl up with.
