Replying to @Shannon no amount of preparation, double checks, sample runs, can predict a huge set back like this. I felt so defeated these past few days. I spent years creating a product I wish existed when I was struggling the most with my skin only to find out I couldn’t launch on our one year anniversary of @nine2five 😞 on top of that now potentially being out all the stock purchase and having boxes of unsellable product. I’m documenting this to update you and be transparent about all the parts of funding my own skincare brand.
