HOPE

In the remote South Korea village of Hope Harbor, police chief Bum-seok (Hwang Jung- min) and officer Sung-ae (Hoyeon) are called to find a mysterious creature that has wreaked havoc on the village. In the nearby forest, a coterie of hunters, including Sung- ki (Zo In-Sung) set out to track the beast and find themselves hunted instead. But all is not as it seems, and perceptions can be misleading. What begins as ignorance plants the seed of disaster, escalating through human conflict into a tragedy of cosmic proportions.

The Kaiju Kingdom @TheKaijuKin... This is the FURY ROAD of alien films. God damn, I am buzzing after getting out of this. Hollywood has not made ANYTHING like this in years. HOPE Connor Carey @ConnorMo... #Hope is one of the most exhilarating, electrifying & marvellously directed action films of the past few years. It's weird, silly, surprisingly comedic, bizarre & wholly original with stunning action, camerawork & editing. HOPE Imperator Ryan B+ 👻🎃 @TheC... #Hope. Relentless, non stop and bombastic from beginning to end. Also has an extended sequence that had me & my audience laughing our asses off. Never feels it's runtime either. Well done Na Hong-jin. HOPE OSCAR @now_thats_oscar i cannot remember the last time a movie was so unabashedly excited to be itself - a new frontier for the action genre and quite possibly one of the most insane action flicks of the last decade HOPE Shaurya Chawla @ShauryaChawla HOPE: after weeks of seeing this be compared to Michael Bay's Transformers, I'd be report that yes, that's accurate, and it's awesome. There's two chase scenes in here that are among the coolest things I've seen all year. Had the time of my life. A bit on Cloud 9 right now. HOPE Jeff Ewing @ReelJeffEwing Na Hong-Jin's #Hope is the real deal! Gorgeously shot. Genuinely tense, with awesome stunts and situations... it's a badass creature feature that swings big and hits a grand slam. Hwang Jung-min and Hoyeon rock, and it will absolutely surprise you. HOPE
