This broccoli cheddar tortellini soup is a MUST try for your next cozy dinner idea 😍 Recipe from @itsmeghankay Ingredients: • 1 head of broccoli (chopped) • 1/2 yellow onion (chopped) • 1 tbsp salt • 1 tbsp pepper • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp paprika • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 4 cups chicken broth • 1/3 cup corn starch • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese • 1 bag Rana 5 cheese tortellini (family size) Instructions: Add your chopped broccoli & onion into the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, minced garlic & Dijon mustard. Add in 3 cups of chicken broth. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup chicken broth with 1/3 cup corn starch. Mix & add into crockpot. Mix everything together & cook on high for 3 hours. After 3 hours, add in the heavy whipping cream, cheese & tortellini. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
