GREEK SALAD 🇬🇷🥗🥒🍅✨ After 10 days in Greece, I knew I had to learn how to make a proper Greek salad I asked a few restaurants & locals what went into theirs, and ehat I love about the people there is everyone was so kind and willing to share not only recipes but stories. 🤍 The biggest takeaway? Keep it simple and let the ingredients do the work. GREEK SALAD 🇬🇷 3–4 Roma tomatoes, chopped 1 English cucumber, sliced ¼ red onion, thinly sliced 1 cup olives Small squeeze of lemon, optional Salt Lots of oregano Good-quality olive oil 1 large piece of authentic Greek feta Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and olives to a bowl. Squeeze over a little lemon, season with salt and plenty of oregano, then generously drizzle with olive oil and toss. Finish with a big piece of feta, more oregano and another drizzle of olive oil. I grabbed authentic Greek feta made with sheep’s milk to get it as close as possible to what I had in Greece. So simple, fresh, filling and SO good. 🇬🇷🤌🏼
