Let's make this dump and bake dinner today is smothered chicken. First, you're going to add chicken thighs to a baking dish. This is only one pack. I would use two packs if I were you. My grocery order only came with one, so it is what it is. We're going to work with what we got and you're going to season your chicken heavily. When I say heavily, I mean heavily because it's really the only part we're seasoning. So use all the seasonings you see on the screen. Add Cajun seasoning if you're feeling a little zesty. Mix this all together and then you're going to add in your vegetables. Now you can use whatever vegetables you want that you have in your fridge that you want to use up, or you can just do garlic and onions. I did garlic, onions, shallot, carrots, bell peppers, and then I added rosemary for some aromatics, a couple tablespoons of butter, and then add in your chicken broth. Bake that at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Once that's done, you're going to drain your broth in a cup and make a cornstarch slurry. This is how you're going to get your gravy. Mix that in with your broth, pour that back over your chicken, and bake it at 400 degrees for another 20 minutes. Then you're going to serve it in a bowl with your favorite sides like rice, mashed potatoes, green beans, a nice hot roll, and as always, full recipe in the caption.
