Use this prompt to build a strategic brief before your interview: “Act as a strategic advisor. Based on this job description and company, develop a concise strategic brief covering: 1. The organisation’s key priorities and challenges 2. The likely priorities of this role 3. Three strategic opportunities I could pursue 4. Recommended actions for my first 90 days 5. How I would measure success 6. Key risks and how I would address them Keep the recommendations practical, commercially relevant and specific to the organisation. Do not invent facts. Clearly distinguish assumptions from information provided.” Then tailor it to the role and present it to the hiring manager. Save this.
