This is exactly why I say when you're sending out applications, send it with a strategic brief and always reach out to the hiring manager, not HR. Look at this, congratulations. Congratulations. I'm glad you applied it. Look at the other comment. Update. Got a call from the only application I attached my "proposed strategic brief" exactly after seeing this video. They requested to ask a couple of questions only which were: What's your previous and expected remuneration? What's my availability? This shows all other questions they had were already answered in my S/brief. Thank you soo much hun. As I wait for an offer. UPDATE. IT WORKED. After seeing this video. Yoh I was tired of walking at this point. I was tired of walking at this point. So I'm going to change jobs. That's why you need to include a strategic brief. When you are sending your application, especially the strategic brief is very, very simple. It is a one-page document. Whereby you need to showcase your strategic thinking. You need to provide business context. You need to understand why they are hiring for this specific role. And then you need to highlight the challenges. And then you need to include a roadmap, aka, implementation map. And then you get hired. And again, do not go through HR. Always approach the hiring manager. It's as simple as that. And always stay pretty with the plan.
