You don’t have a CV problem. You have a job-hunting strategy problem. The market has changed, and applying everywhere with the same CV isn’t a strategy. You need to know what you’re targeting, who you’re targeting, what the business needs, and how you position yourself against that need. That’s the shift. Stop job hunting like an applicant.
