Founder and chef Abbas Dhanani opened Burger Bodega’s first permanent restaurant on Washington Avenue in 2022, building the concept around crispy smashburgers, chopped cheese sandwiches and a Houston-meets-NYC-bodega aesthetic. Now, Burger Bodega has opened its first-ever expansion in Katy!
